Traffic Advisory for Community Events in our area - September 8th and September 9th. 
Saturday, 09/08/18 - Brentwood:
The Caribbean Day Parade will be held on Saturday, September 8th, 2018. The following roads will be closed from 11 AM – 2 PM:
Brentwood Road from Commack Road to Third Avenue.
Third Avenue from Brentwood Road to Stein Drive.
Sunday, 09/09/18 – Brentwood:
The Central American Day Parade will take place on Sunday, September 9, 2018. Fifth Avenue will be closed to traffic from 10 AM to 2 PM from Spur Drive North to Candlewood Road.
There will be other ancillary detours in the area. Motorists are advised to use caution and to expect delays in these areas.
