The Rutherfordton Police Dept. is asking for assistance identifying subject shown in the photos. 
The Rutherfordton Police Department is asking for assistance identifying subject shown in the pictures. He is wanted for questioning in an incident at one of our local grocery stores. This incident occurred on 09/03/2018 and the subject left in what appears to be a dark color Chrysler 300.
