The closure of 5th North Street from Franklin Street to Payne Street has been delayed until September 13. The closure will last 5 working days. This closure is part of the Jefferson Street utility and roadway reconstruction project from 5th North Street to 7th North Street. The closure of 5th North is needed to reconstruct utilities that are in the intersection.
