...FLASH FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...
The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for
* Portions of central Indiana, east central Indiana, north
central Indiana, and west central Indiana, including the
following areas in central Indiana: Boone, Clinton, Hamilton,
Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Madison, Marion, and Tipton.
* Through Sunday evening
* Widespread showers and a few thunderstorms are expected tonight through this weekend. The rain will be heavy at times, especially Saturday into Sunday when flash flooding is possible.
* Much of central Indiana will receive 4 to 6 inches of rain
with locally higher amounts by Sunday night. Stay tuned for
later updates on this developing situation.
