Central Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 330 AM EDT Monday.
* At 928 PM EDT, stream gauges indicate flooding is occurring on
Conococheague Creek in Fairview, with a recent stage of 10.5 feet.
At 10 feet, Wishard Road and Kemp Mill Road are both flooded.
Stream gauge also indicates that Back Creek in Jones Springs is
experiencing minor flooding with a recent stage of 11.61 feet and
rising. At 11 feet, Dry Run Road begins to flood, and water
approaches Daisy Lane. At 12 feet, Dry Run Road and Daisy Lane are
flooded, and water begins to cover pastureland near the creek.
Emergency officials have reported numerous road closures due to
high water. Other streams in the area may also be experiencing
flooding as they continue to rise overnight.

Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Shepherdstown, Hancock, Paw Paw, Municipal
Stadium, Greenwood, Robinwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Ranson,
Boonsboro, Smithsburg, Inwood, Paramount-Long Meadow,
Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Berkeley Springs, Mount Aetna,
Mount Lena and San Mar.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
