Novant RRMC will have a contractor installing a temporary berm ahead of the anticipated heavy rainfall. The contractor will begin staging materials on 9-11-18 some time after lunch. The berms will be put into place tomorrow. These berms will require the closure of the sidewalk along the hospital side of the roadway. The sidewalk will remain closed until the berms can be removed. The sidewalk on the opposite side of the street will remain open.
