Water Shutdown 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department. The water will be shut off from 8:00AM to 3:00PM on Thursday, September 13th along Broadway from Oak Terrace to Grove Street. This will include Dupre Avenue, Whitcomb Street, Lafayette Street from Thorndike to Whitcomb, Tyler Avenue and Wingate Avenue. This is necessary to make repairs on Whitcomb Street and Lafayette Street. You may have discolored water when service is restored. Please flush your water faucet for a few minutes to clear it up.
