* SURF HEIGHT...Waves in the surf zone will build to 5 to 8 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN MONMOUTH ... COASTAL OCEAN ... ATLANTIC COASTAL CAPE MAY ... DELAWARE BEACHES ... COASTAL ATLANTIC
