OWI 4th Arrest 
On 9-12-18 at 7:50 AM a Janesville Police officer stopped a vehicle for a moving violation on Mineral Point Av near N. Austin Rd. Contact was made with the driver Sidney Ivy, who displayed signs of intoxication. Standard field sobriety tests showed signs of impairment. Ivy had his 6 month old child in the car at the time and was arrested for OWI 4th offense with passenger less than 16 years of age after a department of transportation check showed he has 3 prior OWI convictions. Ivy consented to a blood draw and the results are pending. Ivy initially lied about his identity and was also charged with obstructing as well as a Department of Corrections warrant and a warrant out of Dane County for OWI 3rd. Ivy was held at the Rock Co. Jail pending his initial appearance in court.
