EMA- We are continuing to monitor Hurricane Florence closely. 
We have been meeting with our partners and attending the National Weather Service briefings regularly. The latest forecast indicates that we have the possibility of wind and rain. With that, we could see some power outages. Florence has slowed down dramatically, so the next ten to twenty hours will give us a better sense of her actual track. We ask that everyone remain vigilant and make sure you are making preparations if she takes a turn to the south.
We will continue to closely monitor conditions for the duration of the event.
