Press Release - Fatal traffic collision at Euclid Avenue and Chino Avenue. 
Ontario Police are investigating a traffic collision which resulted in the death of a motorist.
The collision occurred on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at approximately 12:43 PM in the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Chino Avenue. The deceased, a 40-year-old male from Los Angeles, was driving at a high rate of speed eastbound on Chino Avenue when he failed to stop for a red traffic signal and struck a semi-truck which was driving northbound on Euclid Avenue. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the semi-truck is a 38 year-old male from the city of Rialto, CA. He was uninjured in the collision.
