High Visibility Enforcement
On Tuesday, September 18, 2018, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, the Torrance Police Department conducted a scheduled HVE operation on Del Amo Boulevard between Hawthorne Boulevard and Western Avenue. The Department is responding to several reports of traffic concerns in these areas. Several motor officers devoted their time by balancing traffic enforcement and educating the community.
The Torrance Police Department is planning a future operation on Hawthorne Boulevard to focus on bicycle and pedestrian safety. The Department is grateful to partner with our community in this endeavor to help keep our streets safe.
