Paving of the lower end of Bethel-New Richmond Road from U.S. 52 to 1200 feet up the hill will begin on Monday September 24. The road will remain open during the project with at least one lane for bus and car traffic. Flaggers will control the flow of vehicles. Weather permitting, the project will be completed on Wednesday September 26.
