ADVISORY, which is in effect until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
* TIMING...Through 5pm.
* WINDS...Up to 45 mph.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving for high profile vehicles. Unsecured
light outdoor objects will be blown around. Possible downed tree limbs and power lines are possible and may lead to sporadic power outages.
