East River Street will be closed now, between Buckeye & Clark St., due to an emergency. Ohio Edison is working on the issue and should complete the work by 3 PM today. The road is completely closed to all traffic.
East Bridge Street is available to use with caution, as there is construction. Emergency vehicles may pass.
