Limited Water Shut Down Notice on North Maple Road
On Monday, October 1st, 2018 (7:30 AM-3:30 PM), a private contractor will be completing a hydrant removal & water main tie-in for the Maple Cove housing development located on N. Maple Road. This work will require shutting down the water main service resulting in a complete loss of water pressure for the addresses listed below.
Only the addresses listed on the map below will be under a Boil Water Advisory starting Monday, October 1st, 2018.
The earliest the advisory can be lifted would be on Wednesday, October 3rd. Those residents under the Boil Water Advisory beginning October 1st will be notified once the Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.
N. Maple Road will remain open to traffic; however, northbound traffic will be shifted into the center lane to go around the work zone.
As result of this hydrant removal & water main tie-in project, the Saline Recreation Center (located at 1866 Woodland Drive) will be open to those residents that are impacted by the water shut down at no cost, for showering purposes and filling up containers with water beginning Monday, October 1st until the Boil Water Advisory is lifted. The Saline Recreation Center’s hours of operation are Monday – Friday 5:30am to 10pm and Saturday & Sunday 6am to 6pm.
