Charles was last seen at his apartment on Gallant Fox Drive, which is located in the Deer Chase Apartments in Noblesville. Charles left his home between 09/29/2018, 8:30 pm to 09/30/2018, 12:15am. Charles is 5’4” and weighs 110ibs. Charles has brown hair and green eyes. Charles likes to hang out in the Deer Path Neighborhood.
