Folsom High School students will celebrate their homecoming with a parade on Wednesday, October 3. Motorists are advised that Sutter Street between Reading Street and Coloma Street, and Coloma Street between Sutter Street and Mormon Street will be closed from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. to accommodate the parade.
