Death Investigation 
On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, during the afternoon hours, Torrance Police Officers responded to the 20700 block of Anza Avenue regarding a welfare check. During their investigation, Officers unfortunately discovered a deceased male adult and a deceased female adult within the residence.
Torrance Police Detectives arrived on scene and are investigating this incident as a possible murder / suicide. The decedents have not been positively identified.
Northbound Anza Avenue will experience a temporary closure of the number two lane for the duration of this investigation.
