The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for parts of Mariposa County including the Ferguson Burn Scar area and the Hwy 140 river canyon corridor.
This Watch is in effect from 12 noon through Midnight tonight October 3rd
Heavy Rain can cause flash flooding, debris flow and possible road closures.
Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation, please monitor forecasts and be prepared to take action should a flash flood warning be issued.
Additional Updates will be sent as the situation changes
