Ripon Police Department rain storm information 
- The City of Ripon does not have sandbags available. Sandbags can be obtained from Home Depot or Lowe's.
- Due to the heavy rain and flooding, we have many calls for service currently holding, and we're addressing them as quickly as we can. Our dispatch center is at maximum staffing, and we continue to be inundated with calls. If you have already called, please be assured we have the information and will respond as soon as possible. It is not necessary to call in again.
- Please drive with extreme caution; we have many reports of manhole covers missing, flooded roadways, and disabled vehicles. Avoid driving through standing water whenever possible.
- As always, if you have an emergency dial 9-1-1. If the issue is not an emergency, please use our non-emergency number, 599-2102.
