The Rutherfordton Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying subject in photos. The white male is wanted for questioning in an incident that occurred at the Mi Pueblito Restaurant in Rutherfordton on 09/15/2018.
This subject came walking down Maple Street to Mi Puebilto at around 12:45pm and left around 15:08pm walking toward South Washington Street.
