Honorary Officer Swear In
On Tuesday evening, October 16, 2018, Torrance Police Chief Eve R. Irvine will swear in 7-year-old Drake Walker during the City Council Meeting as an Honorary Police Officer. Drake Walker was recently diagnosed with a very aggressive and inoperable cancerous brain stem tumor (DIPG).
Drake is the youngest son of James Walker, who is a Sergeant with the Torrance Police Department. Drake’s dream is to become a Police Officer just like his father.
