Woodway LEPC Public Meeting set for Wednesday October 17th
Woodway, Texas (October 17th, 2018)-The City of Woodway cordially invites the public to attend a LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Committee) meeting on Wednesday, October 17th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the City of Woodway Council Room located at 922 Estates Dr., Woodway, TX 76712.
The purpose of Wednesday’ s meeting is to review and share with the public our county Hazard Mitigation Action Plan (HMAP). The HMAP planning process is designed to reduce the loss of life and property during times of hazardous events.
During the meeting, the public is invited to make comments or suggestions. City, county, and emergency management officials will be on hand to answer any questions. All comments received from the public will be documented and considered for inclusion in the HMAP.
