The Chariton River near Prairie Hill.
* from Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning.
* At 8:45 AM Monday the stage was 12.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early Tuesday afternoon and
continue to rise to near 15.5 feet by early Thursday morning. The
river will fall below flood stage by late Thursday morning.
* At 15.0 feet...Fields along the river begin to flood.
