Detectives from the Folsom Police Department recently obtained an arrest warrant for Steven B Pucci, 56 years old, of Folsom. Pucci is suspected of placing a hidden camera disguised as a phone charger in a local tanning salon in April 2018 and secretly filming patrons of the salon. During the course of the investigation, Detectives found evidence Pucci had captured images of a minor.
Although the investigation is continuing, and arrest warrant was issued for Pucci for violations of Penal Code 647(j)(3)A, electronic observation of a person undressing in a private room, and 311.11(A) Possession of obscene material involving a minor. Pucci turned himself in to the Sacramento County Jail Tuesday evening and was subsequently released on bail.
The investigation is not completed, and detectives have not identified all victims in this case. Because this is an ongoing investigation, no additional information is available at this time. A booking photo of Pucci is attached.
