The 2 left lanes of S. High St. & rt lane for WB traffic on E. Mill St. will be CLOSED from 9am until early afternoon 
Beginning at 9am this morning, AT&T will be starting emergency work near the northeast corner of S. High St. and E. Mill Street. The two left lanes of S. High Street and the right lane for westbound traffic on E. Mill will need to be closed during this work. Traffic will be maintained, but drivers are still urged to use caution while proceeding around this work zone. All lanes are currently planned to be re-opened to traffic by early afternoon today.
