Night time construction work scheduled on three Chula Vista intersections. 
Night time construction work is scheduled on three heavily used Chula Vista intersections between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Work will occur Sunday through Thursday nights with completion expected by the end of October.
The intersections affected are East H street from Hidden Vista Drive to Otay Lakes Road, Otay Lakes Road from Telegraph Canyon Road to Canyon Drive/Ridgeback Road, and Telegraph Canyon Road from Oleander/Crest Drive to Otay Lakes Road. The work involves cutting asphalt pavement and noise may be a factor in these mostly non-residential areas.
Traffic control is in place and work is being done at night to minimize traffic delays to residents. We appreciate your patience while we upgrade indicators for traffic signals.
