State Street between Water St. and Main St. will be closed October 15th until June, 2019, to through traffic for the demolition and construction of the State Street Bridge. Access to the State Street Parking Deck will be maintained from the east (Main St. side). There will be no access to the parking deck from the west (Bowery St. side).
