SUSPECT(S): James Houle-Monroe, 25-year-old, Resident of Crestline
VICTIM: State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, October 13, 2018, at approximately 2:02 p.m., Deputy Bush of the Twin Peaks Station contacted Houle-Monroe outside a residence in Crestline. During the contact Houle-Monroe consented to a search of his backpack and approximately 13-grams of black tar heroin, four Xanax pills, two Buprenorphine pills, four pipes used to smoke heroin, and sixty-eight dollars in cash were located. The items were packaged and stored in a way consistent with drug sales.
Houle-Monroe was arrested for H&S 11378 Possession of Controlled Substance for Sales and was booked at the Central Detention Center.
