Per the Ingham County Road Department:
Construction started Saturday to mill off the surface of Vanneter Rd between Mitchell and Rowley/Church St. The contractor will continue today. Traffic will be maintained one lane at a time by flagger control. Please anticipate delays and backups, especially during school start and end times. Following completion of cold milling, there will be an intermediate hot recycling treatment, before paving fresh asphalt. Work will continue over the next couple weeks.
Please avoid the area if possible. The WPD will update if we receive any updates from the Road Department. Thank you.
