At about 9:30 a.m., the north side of the E. Exchange St. and S. Union St. intersection will be CLOSED as a signal pole is replaced. A single westbound lane and both eastbound lanes will continue to be maintained on E. Exchange St. Work is expected to be complete around 2 pm.
