* WINDS...Northwesterly winds will increase to 25 to 35 mph this afternoon. Gusts will reach 40 to 45 mph at times.
* IMPACTS...Driving may become difficult on north-south oriented roadways such as I-55, I-57, and I-155. In addition, unsecured outdoor items will be blown around.
