Winds will become light to calm this evening into tonight, as cold high pressure settles over the forecast area. The light winds and expected clear skies will result in cold temperatures for early Monday morning. The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Frost Advisory, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Monday.

* LOCATIONS...Portions of the Upper Savannah Valley and the Lakelands.

* TEMPERATURES...Lows in the mid to upper 30s.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation.

* AFFECTED AREAS: GREATER OCONEE ... ELBERT ... STEPHENS ... HART ... FRANKLIN ... HABERSHAM
