MCP advises of lane closure (College Ave@North St) beginning Oct. 23, 2018 at 9:00 AM 
DGS-FOM has scheduled repairs to damaged steam and chilled water lines, which is necessary to ensure heat and A/C to all State Office buildings in Annapolis. After careful consideration, DGS, F.O.M. & the City of Annapolis have put together the safest path for motorists and pedestrians, while we undergo repairs.
Tuesday, October 23, around 9:00 a.m., we will be shutting off College Avenue from North St. to the middle of Lawyers' Mall (see map). So far, everything has gone as planned and we are on schedule to open College Avenue by December 17th.
We apologize for the inconvenience but we want to make sure that our state employees are comfortable in the coming cold months! Please use caution when traveling to look out for all pedestrians and vehicles in the area.
