10/08/18 WTPD arrested Jonathan Marks, age 23, of Roseto, PA for hindering apprehension by law enforcement. On 10/08/18 at approximately 7:11 PM, patrol responded to the 40 block of E. Church St. in Washington Borough for a hit and run motor vehicle accident. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, the vehicle that fled the scene was located and Mr. Marks was arrested. He was charged with hindering apprehension by law enforcement. Mr. Marks was also issued motor vehicle summonses for driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving without headlights when required, consumption of an alcoholic beverage while in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with injury and failure to report a motor vehicle accident. Mr. Marks was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/12/18 WTPD arrested Waild Ouf, age 45, of Brooklyn, NY for outstanding warrants totaling $325.00 out of Elizabeth. On 10/12/18 at approximately 8:34 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 1St block of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Ouf’s arrest for the outstanding warrants. Mr. Ouf was processed and released with a new court date.

10/13/18 WTPD arrested two juveniles, both of Washington, NJ. On 10/13/18 at approximately 1:55 PM, patrol located two subjects on Norfolk-Southern railroad tracks in Washington Borough. The officers’ investigation resulted in both juveniles being arrested for defiant trespass on railroad property. The one juvenile was also found to be in possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was processed and released to a parent pending further court action within the Juvenile Justice system.

10/13/18 WTPD arrested Melissa Kuter, age 50, of Washington, NJ and Latisha Alvarez, age 25, no known address. On 10/13/18 at approximately 8:54 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for an abandoned 911 call. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Kuter was arrested and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Ms. Kuter was processed and released with a mandatory court date. Ms. Alvarez was found to be an NCIC wanted person out of the Texas Department of Public Safety. Ms. Alvarez was arrested for being a fugitive from justice. Ms. Alvarez was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/13/18 WTPD arrested Melissa Desmond, age 28, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and a $2500.00 outstanding warrant out of Trenton. On 10/13/18 at approximately 9:28 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 70 block of E. Asbury Anderson Rd. in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Desmond was arrested and charged with obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and a $2500.00 outstanding warrant out of Trenton. Ms. Desmond was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/17/18 WTPD arrested Quebec Diaz-Familia, age 19, of Passaic, NJ and Kevin Valerio, age 26, of Prospect Park, NJ for a local ordinance of soliciting without a permit. On 10/17/18 at approximately 4:29 PM, patrol responded to a report of suspicious persons in the 1st block of W. Warren S. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were charged with a local ordinance of soliciting without a permit, processed at the scene and released with a mandatory court date(s).

10/17/18 WTPD arrested Corey Kozdron, age 25, of Sussex, NJ for child neglect, possession of (CDS) under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 10/17/18 at approximately 5:17 PM, patrol responded to check the welfare of a driver sleeping in a vehicle parked behind Quick Chek, 350 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township with a small child playing next to the vehicle. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Kozdron was arrested for child neglect, arrest for possession of (CDS) under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested without incident, processed and charged with child neglect, possession of (CDS) under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The child was released to the mother. Mr. Kozdron was released with a mandatory court date.

10/17/18 WTPD arrested Lisa Dalrymple, age 55, of Washington, NJ for defiant trespass. On 10/17/18 at 5:47 PM, patrol responded to Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a person trespassing. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Dalymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was located and charged with defiant trespass. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/18/18 WTPD arrested Lisa Dalrymple, age 55, of Washington, NJ for defiant trespass. On 10/18/18 at 10:57 AM, an officer on routine patrol in the area of Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, observed Ms. Dalrymple, who is known to be banned from Quick Check, on the property. The officer made contact with Ms. Dalymple, who was charged with defiant trespass. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/18/18 WTPD arrested Gregory Dickinson, age 46, of Oxford, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

10/18/18 WTPD arrested Andrew Miller, age 32, of Oxford, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of New Brunswick. He was processed and released with a new court date.

10/18/18 WTPD arrested Christopher Polera, age 19, and Benjamin Hurst, age 23, both of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/18/18 at approximately 5:47 AM, patrol responded to a residence in the 60 block of Bowerstown Rd in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were released with mandatory court date(s).

10/19/18 WTPD arrested Lisa Dalrymple, age 55, of Washington, NJ for defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/19/18 at 6:16 AM, patrol responded to Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, for a person trespassing and screaming at customers. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Dalymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was charged with defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/19/18 WTPD arrested Malcolm Nugent, age 29, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

10/20/18 WTPD arrested Lisa Dalrymple, age 55, of Washington, NJ for defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/20/18 at 12:21 PM, patrol responded to Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a person trespassing and screaming at customers. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Dalymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was charged with defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Ms. Dalrymple was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/22/18 WTPD arrested Lisa Dalrymple, age 55, of Washington, NJ for defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/22/18 at 1:33 AM, patrol responded to Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, for an unwanted person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Dalymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was charged with defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
