Two charged in Arson case related to 109 S James St.
On July 29th, 2018 a house at 109 S James St. in Milford, IN was heavily damaged in a fire at that residence. During a cause an origin investigation that was conducted by Milford Fire Department assisted by Chief Mike Wilson and Fire Marshal Joe Fretz Warsaw Wayne Territory Fire Department it was determined to have been a set fire.
The case was stalled until Detective Sergeant Shane Bucher with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department developed solid information which led to arrests for the arson at 109 S James St. fire. Det/Sgt. Bucher had been working on a rash of other area crimes involving the same suspects.
The case could not have been closed if not for the efforts of the Det/Sgt. Shane Bucher, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Milford Fire Department, Warsaw - Wayne Territory Fire Department, Noble County Sheriff’s Department, and the Milford Police Department.
