The Rutherfordton Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying subject in photos. The subject is a person of interest in a larceny that occurred at one of our supermarkets in Rutherfordton on 10/24/2018.
The male is wearing gray sweatpants and a gray Adidas T-Shirt.
The subject left in possibly a Nissan truck.
