In the last week, the UMTPD has received several phone calls about a male subject who, in the areas of Indigo Way and Charles Drive, was knocking on doors and claiming to work for the Morning Call (as a delivery person). According to residents, the male was asking for money and claiming he ran out of gas. This occurred on more than one date. Sound suspicious? We thought so, too.
Residents are encouraged to contact police if you are visited by a stranger claiming he works for the Morning Call and asking for cash. 610-437-5252 (non emergency), 911 (emergency). Thank you!
