Today, Thursday, October 25, 2018 the Cleveland Street water main project will have the White Oak intersection closed this afternoon for fire hydrant installation. Drivers should use Wesley Avenue to Poplar Street for access to White Oak Drive.
On Friday, October 26th the contractor will begin the excavation for the bore pit on the west side of the SR 57 & Cleveland Street intersection. Arrow boards will help direct traffic through the work zone. Beginning October 29th and continuing all week there will be traffic restrictions at the intersection of Cleveland Street and Abbe Road. Abbe Road just north of Cleveland Street will be closed at times. There will be traffic congestion, so drivers should expect long delays.
