** NOR'EASTER IMPACT ** CAPE AND ISLANDS WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE REMNANTS OF HURRICANE WILLA FOR SATURDAY OCTOBER 27 
A Nor'Easter will effect the Cape and Islands region starting tomorrow morning, Saturday, October 27, at approximately 5 a.m. and lasting throughout the day until 11 p.m. Rainfall will be in the range of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts of 2 to 4 inches of rainfall. Northeast winds ranging from 30 to 45 mph, with gusts up to 60 mph. Expect coastal flooding.
Secure any lawn/yard furniture or ornaments. There is a possibly of down limbs, branches, and or small trees.
Stay clear of any downed wires, and report it to YPD
