On 10/29/18, starting at 7 am, intersection of Bridge, Spring & River closed to all traffic. Open in late afternoon. 
Monday, 10/29/2018, starting at 7:00 a.m., the intersection of Bridge, Spring & River will be closed to all traffic for removal of asphalt. Once removal is complete and clean-up is done, crews will apply a base course of asphalt. Once cooled, intersection will be reopened to traffic (sometime late afternoon on Monday.)
