UPDATE Stone Road will be closed in the area of 169 from 8a - 4p on Sunday for a training burn. 
Error in yesterday's message in relation to the time. We will be training, starting at 8:00 a.m. and then will actually be burning the house around 1:00 p.m. and will hopefully have the road open and clear by 4:00 pm.
PUBLIC NOTICE - On Sunday morning, the Gilmanton Fire Department will be having a training burn drill on 169 Stone Road.
We will be burning a house and there will be area departments training with us and the road in that area WILL BE CLOSED TO TRAFFIC. If you live above the residence (the Smith Meeting House side) and want to leave, please head out toward Smith Meeting House Road to leave, if you live below the residence (Stage Road side) and want to leave, please head out toward Stage Road.

If you want to come and watch us train, we ask that you not drive down to the scene since fire apparatus will be driving up and down the road and you stay on the opposite side of the road for your safety.
