On Sunday, October 28th, 2018 the Kiwanis of Elyria will be hosting their annual Halloween Parade in Downtown Elyria. The parade route will be on Broad Street, beginning near Cedar Street and it will continue west bound along Broad Street and conclude on Court Street in Ely Square.
Various downtown street closures and parking restrictions will begin at 1:00pm, October 28th, 2018 that include Broad Street from East Avenue to West Avenue, Middle Avenue from 2nd to Broad Streets and Court Street from Broad to 2nd Streets. The parade will begin at 2:30pm in front of Suzn L’s, 254 Broad Street with a rolling street closure along Broad Street west bound to Court Street. There will be No Parking along the Broad Street parade route and on Middle Avenue from 2nd to Broad and Court Street from 2nd to Broad until the conclusion of the parade and Ely Square activities, approximately 5:00pm.
