Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating at risk missing person Freddie Phillips.  He is a 70 year-old Black male who was last seen leaving his residence, on the 14500 block of McNab Avenue, Bellflower, on foot, Sunday, October 28, 2018, at 8:00 p.m. 
 
Freddie Phillips is described as 6’ tall, 200 lbs., bald, with brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, and blue shoes. 
 
Mr. Phillips suffers from Dementia and is Insulin Dependent.
