42 year old female suffers gunshot wound to the head
The Vigo Co. Sheriff’s Office is looking for and wanting to speak with Joshua M. Kyle, DOB # 8-28-1972. He is described as a light skinned Black Male, approximately 5’06” tall, weight of 150 lbs with Hazel eyes (photographs of Josh Kyle are attached). He is considered armed and dangerous, do not approach. If you know the whereabouts of Joshua Kyle please call 911 immediately.

Joshua Kyle was located by Terre Haute City Police this afternoon. Joshua was taken to the Vigo County Jail where he will be charged with:

The Vigo Co. Sheriff’s Office responded 3742 E. Beulah Ave in North Terre Haute for a female that had been shot. At this time we believe some type of domestic disagreement took place between the two with the female being shot shortly thereafter. Once Sheriff’s Deputies arrived the female was transported to Regional Hospital for treatment. The male subject fled scene prior to the Deputies arrival. This is an ongoing investigation, Detectives are still working the scene.

- Aggravated Battery Level 3 felony
- Possession of a Firearm without a license class A Misdemeanor
