#Saratoga Springs #Traffic: Road Closures To Begin On Monday 
Beginning on Monday morning (11/5/18) the following DETOURS will be in effect:
(1) Excelsior Ave "Red Spring" area - EPA remediation work will begin and continue into April 2019. Road Closure will begin on Excelsior Ave (from High Rock Ave to Courtyard by Marriott Hotel).
- All southbound traffic on Excelsior Ave will be detoured to
High Rock Ave
- Northbound traffic on Excelsior Ave will Closed - Local Traffic
Only (to and from Marriott) at Rock St
(2) Adelphi St - new building tie in to city pipelines - expected to last approx 2 weeks. Road Closure on Adelphi St (from S Broadway to Union St).
- Eastbound Truck Detour will be Ballston Ave to Finley St to
Union St to Canfield St to S. Broadway
- Westbound Truck Detour will be s Broadway to Canfield St to
Union St to Finley St to Ballston Ave
