The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the North Bay Mountains and East Bay Hills (above 1,000 feet) beginning Saturday, November 3rd at 1AM until Sunday, November 4th at 6AM due to gusty offshore winds and low humidity.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
