RED FLAG WARNING in effect Saturday morning (11/3) at 1:00AM till 7:00AM Sunday morning (11/4) for the East Bay Hills 
The National Weather Service in San Francisco has declared a Red Flag Warning that will go into effect at 1:00 AM on November 3rd (Saturday) and will continue to at least 7:00 AM November 4th (Sunday) due to predicted northerly winds and low humidity. The Red Flag is for the East Bay Hills including El Cerrito and Kensington ridge tops. Winds are predicted to be 15 to 30 mph with gusts of 50 - 60 mph at the higher elevations. Humidity is predicted to be as low as 8% into the high teens with little or no recovery during the evening.
