* At 1047 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Gilbertsville, or 18 miles east of Reading, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* This dangerous storm will be near... Schwenksville and Spring Mount around 1055 PM EDT. East Greenville, Green Lane and Geryville around 1100 PM EDT. Souderton around 1110 PM EDT. Quakertown and Perkasie around 1115 PM EDT. Pleasant Valley around 1120 PM EDT. Dublin around 1125 PM EDT. Byram, Bedminster, Tinicum, Ferndale, Ottsville, Pipersville, Revere, Gardenville and Lumberville around 1130 PM EDT.
